- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture, ensuring every piece is fully covered.
- Dredge the coated chicken tenders in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick nicely.
- Arrange the tenders on your prepared baking sheet, giving them a little space to crisp up.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Let cool slightly, then dig in! Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
