  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture, ensuring every piece is fully covered.
  5. Dredge the coated chicken tenders in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick nicely.
  6. Arrange the tenders on your prepared baking sheet, giving them a little space to crisp up.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  8. Let cool slightly, then dig in! Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
