Imagine warm, flaky croissants filled with melty mozzarella and tasty pepperoni, baked until perfectly golden. Each bite is a cozy mix of crispy edges, cheesy goodness, and just the right kick of flavor—so delicious, you’ll be reaching for another in no time!

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 rolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Cut the pepperoni slices in half so they fit neatly onto the dough.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  5. Brush this herb-butter mixture over each dough triangle.
  6. Place pepperoni slices at the wide end of each triangle.
  7. Sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni.
  8. Gently roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, to enclose the filling.
  9. Place rolls on your baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  10. Brush the tops with the remaining butter mixture.
  11. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted.
  12. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm!

Notes

Want your croissants extra crispy? Try baking them on a wire rack instead of a baking sheet! You can also switch up the flavor by using salami, ham, or any deli meat you like instead of pepperoni.

For a cheesy boost, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top before popping them in the oven. Like a little heat? A pinch of red pepper flakes will do the trick.

And if you’re going meat-free, just skip the pepperoni and load them up with veggies like spinach or mushrooms!
