Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  • Taco seasoning (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Flour tortillas

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients:

Gather all your goodies! If you want that extra kick, toss your shredded chicken with some taco seasoning. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

Step 2: Warm the Tortillas:

Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable. This makes wrapping a breeze.

Step 3: Assemble the Burritos:

Lay a warm tortilla flat. Starting from one side, layer:

  • 1/4 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup seasoned shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Step 4: Roll It Up:

Fold the sides inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Make sure everything stays tucked in nicely.

Step 5: Serve:

Slice the burrito in half if you’d like, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve it up with extra guacamole, salsa, or some crunchy tortilla chips!
