Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients:
Gather all your goodies! If you want that extra kick, toss your shredded chicken with some taco seasoning. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.
Step 2: Warm the Tortillas:
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable. This makes wrapping a breeze.
Step 3: Assemble the Burritos:
Lay a warm tortilla flat. Starting from one side, layer:
- 1/4 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup seasoned shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Step 4: Roll It Up:
Fold the sides inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Make sure everything stays tucked in nicely.
