- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
- Carefully roll up the dough from one long side, tucking in the ends as you roll.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg to get that shiny golden crust.
- Cut a few small slits on top to let steam escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is beautifully golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
